Welcome to the our web site(the "Site") of MANAGECAT LLC ("MANAGECAT"). The web site is managed by MANAGECAT and has been implemented to provide information about our company, its products and the related services(overall the "Products") to you as a visitor to our Site or user of our Products. When you sign up for a free trials, download a trial software, registering to ticketing and forum system you are requested to add a contact email address. We do not use emails for any other purpose other than to provide related services to you. 4. Should you add an email address?

For the use of some provided services, you must provide a valid email address. For example, to signup free trials to use MANAGECAT SaaS Monitoring Platform, you have to provide a valid and correct email address. Email address may be used by MANAGECAT employees to contact with you while you use our online services. MANAGECAT will not share your email address with any thirdy party without obeying ethical privacy rules.

It is for you to weigh up though we have found it does come in handy at times. Your email address should not be seen by other users unless you respond, or possibly if the email bounces. Once the user account has created, user accounts may not be removed by the user who created it. If you need to remove your account from our systems, you may contact with support.

Removing text from MANAGECAT Web site or related forums etc. may not permanently delete it. Information can be permanently deleted by those MANAGECAT employee with access to the servers, but there is no guarantee this will happen except in response to legal action.
